The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital services ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's platform, with the specifications and price stated in the agreement, in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Services offered on the platform include:

• AI-powered code review service
• Automated code analysis and suggestions
• GitHub integration
• Technical support services

Service features and pricing details are as specified on the platform.

Payment Information:

• Payments can be made by credit or debit card
• All payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure
• Invoices are delivered electronically

Service Activation:

• Digital services are activated immediately after payment confirmation
• Account features become available instantly

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date for goods sales transactions, and from the date of agreement for service sales transactions, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without showing any reason.

Cases Where Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used:

• For goods prepared according to consumer requests or clearly their personal needs
• For services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer
• For services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires
