  • Premium account features are activated immediately after payment approval.
  • API access keys are automatically generated after account activation.
  • Premium support services are available from the subscription start date.

Special activation processes may apply for enterprise solutions.

Refund Terms

Our refund policy for digital services is subject to the following conditions:

  • Full refund for cancellation requests within the 14-day trial period.
  • Monthly subscriptions are refundable if cancelled within the first 7 days.
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days.
  • Refund terms for custom enterprise packages are determined within the contract.
